Icing on the Castle in Florida
New for the holiday season is
Castle Dream Lights. With some help from The Fairy Godmother, the Castle
is transformed into a shimmering spectacle of light. The display consists of
more than 200,000 LEDs, 500 strobes, 15 miles of cable, and 32,000sq-ft. of
fishing net. The objective was to cover the Castle with “magical ice.” Key
buzzwords that drove the design intent were “beautiful,” “graceful,” and,

Bardavon Opera House Marquee
The Bardavon 1869 Opera House
located at 35 Market Street in Poughkeepsie, New York takes you back to
vintage era when local performance venues were the dazzling centerpieces of
many towns. The owners of the theater were renovating the facility and
wanted to bring it back to all of its glory, including the attention
grabbing marquee in front of the building. With the help of Animated
Lighting, they returned the Bardavon to the grand showplace it once was. Click

Coca-Cola Sign at Fenway Park
The World Series winning Boston Red Sox and Coca-Cola approached Triangle
Sign out of Baltimore, Maryland about building an extra special Coca-Cola
sign for Fenway Park. The requirements included a 40' wide sign, use the
latest generation LED bulbs and be animated so the lights looked like they
were writing the letters in a slow script. With some help from Animated
Lighting, the sign ended up with 1022 individual lights controlled by 252
circuits. Below are some details of the installation as the park prepared

Wornall Street Bridge The Country Club Plaza in Kansas City is described as an “outdoor museum” of
romantic Spanish architecture and European art where people actually live and
work every day amid its beauty. Animated Lighting was tasked with designing a
year-round lighting display that would be “exciting yet elegant” but also
provide lighting appropriate to the event or time of year.

Sprint Center in Kansas City
The $250 Million
Sprint Center in Kansas City was built not only
for world-class concerts and large conventions, but also the
home to a National Basketball Association (NBA) and/or National Hockey League
(NHL) franchise. Animated Lighting played a roll in adding WOW to the facility.

Univeristy of Phoenix Stadium Audio Thermometers
The University of Phoenix Stadium (Glendale, AZ - host of the 2008 Super
Bowl) and Flouresco Lighting contacted Animated Lighting to ask how they
could successfully control two 190 foot high "audio thermometer" columns
they were building. It was no problem at all.

Loews Hotel in Santa Monica, CA
Animated Lighting worked with award-winning light
designers to bring their vision to life at the Lowes Hotel located in Santa
Monica, California. See static pictures of how the project began from
a drawing on a napkin to the actual installed fixtures.

Kauffman Stadium, Home of the Kansas City Royals Kauffman Stadium, home of Major League Baseball's Kansas City Royals, includes several attractions outside of baseball for its younger fans, including a home run derby park, a radar gun for testing the speed of fastballs, and a miniature golf course. The final hole of the miniature golf course has proven to be one of the highlights of these activities thanks to Animated Lighting.

The Gift of Lights - Charlotte, NC
The Lacey family and close friend Nate Mitchell decided to
produce a light display as a way to collect donations for those in need
during the Christmas Holidays. The main obstacle was finding a way to slow
traffic down long enough to collect donations. Their thought; use music,
animation and an FM Broadcast to get people to stop.

Dave Jensen in Los Angeles
Dave
utilized our design team to help him win first place in his local lighting
contest. Here is a quote from the local newspaper, "Perfection, it's
elusive. It's just the right stoke: not too much, not too little, not
overdone, not underdone. It can take creativity, originality, the ability
to do something and different: bold, balanced and effective. Dave Jensen
has achieved it".

The Parcell Family of Geneva, IL
This display was so good, the Chicago-area FOX and ABC news stations were compelled to do feature stories on it for their prime time newscasts.

Marcia Cook, Butler, MO
Fountains synchronized to music and a light show -
they are something that you would expect to see at a large theme park or in
front of a large Las Vegas resort. Marcia Cook received her inspiration
from the fountains at EPCOT at Disneyworld. Read how this inspiration

Mike Ziemkowski of Sherman Oaks, CA
Mike Ziemkowski of Sherman Oaks, CA, has a love affair with holiday lighting that spans more than 20 years. During the holiday season, Mike used Animated Lighting products to replace his traditionally X10-based lighting system. He tells us it has taken his display to the next level with an impressive show that includes synchronized lights and music.

Dennis Johnson of Pensacola
Dennis uses more than 50,000 lights and Animated Lighting to light the Christmas spirit around the Pensacola region each season.

Derek Deville of Miami
Derek's "Lights on 34th Street" display topped 110,000 lights powered by Animated Lighting controllers. Lights cover the roof and front facade of his house. Also included are majestically decorated palm trees, shrubs and other landscape elements.
