Check out a few of our customers and what they've been able to do with Animated Lighting hardware controllers and Animation Director software:
  • Icing on the Castle in Florida
New for the holiday season is Castle Dream Lights. With some help from The Fairy Godmother, the Castle is transformed into a shimmering spectacle of light. The display consists of more than 200,000 LEDs, 500 strobes, 15 miles of cable, and 32,000sq-ft. of fishing net. The objective was to cover the Castle with “magical ice.” Key buzzwords that drove the design intent were “beautiful,” “graceful,” and, “elegant.”  Click the link above to read the entire article or click here to see a video.

  • Bardavon Opera House Marquee
The Bardavon 1869 Opera House located at 35 Market Street in Poughkeepsie, New York takes you back to vintage era when local performance venues were the dazzling centerpieces of many towns.  The owners of the theater were renovating the facility and wanted to bring it back to all of its glory, including the attention grabbing marquee in front of the building.  With the help of Animated Lighting, they returned the Bardavon to the grand showplace it once was.  Click the link above to see pictures of the installation.

  • Coca-Cola Sign at Fenway Park
The World Series winning Boston Red Sox and Coca-Cola approached Triangle Sign out of Baltimore, Maryland about building an extra special Coca-Cola sign for Fenway Park.  The requirements included a 40' wide sign, use the latest generation LED bulbs and be animated so the lights looked like they were writing the letters in a slow script.  With some help from Animated Lighting, the sign ended up with 1022 individual lights controlled by 252 circuits.  Below are some details of the installation as the park prepared for opening day of the baseball season.  Click the link above to see pictures of the installation.

  • Wornall Street Bridge
The Country Club Plaza in Kansas City is described as an “outdoor museum” of romantic Spanish architecture and European art where people actually live and work every day amid its beauty. Animated Lighting was tasked with designing a year-round lighting display that would be “exciting yet elegant” but also provide lighting appropriate to the event or time of year.

  • Sprint Center in Kansas City
The $250 Million Sprint Center in Kansas City was built not only for world-class concerts and large conventions, but also the home to a National Basketball Association (NBA) and/or National Hockey League (NHL) franchise.  Animated Lighting played a roll in adding WOW to the facility.

  • Univeristy of Phoenix Stadium Audio Thermometers
The University of Phoenix Stadium (Glendale, AZ - host of the 2008 Super Bowl) and Flouresco Lighting contacted Animated Lighting to ask how they could successfully control two 190 foot high "audio thermometer" columns they were building.  It was no problem at all.

  • Loews Hotel in Santa Monica, CA
Animated Lighting worked with award-winning light designers to bring their vision to life at the Lowes Hotel located in Santa Monica, California.  See static pictures of how the project began from a drawing on a napkin to the actual installed fixtures.

  • Kauffman Stadium, Home of the Kansas City Royals
Kauffman Stadium, home of Major League Baseball's Kansas City Royals, includes several attractions outside of baseball for its younger fans, including a home run derby park, a radar gun for testing the speed of fastballs, and a miniature golf course. The final hole of the miniature golf course has proven to be one of the highlights of these activities thanks to Animated Lighting.

  • The Gift of Lights - Charlotte, NC
The Lacey family and close friend Nate Mitchell decided to produce a light display as a way to collect donations for those in need during the Christmas Holidays.  The main obstacle was finding a way to slow traffic down long enough to collect donations.  Their thought; use music, animation and an FM Broadcast to get people to stop.

  • Dave Jensen in Los Angeles
Dave utilized our design team to help him win first place in his local lighting contest.  Here is a quote from the local newspaper, "Perfection, it's elusive. It's just the right stoke: not too much, not too little, not overdone, not underdone.  It can take creativity, originality, the ability to do something and different: bold, balanced and effective.  Dave Jensen has achieved it".

  • The Parcell Family of Geneva, IL
This display was so good, the Chicago-area FOX and ABC news stations were compelled to do feature stories on it for their prime time newscasts.
