June 2009

Welcome to the June 2009 issue of THE LIGHTLINE, Animated Lighting's newsletter.

Snow Tubes!

If you want to draw attention with the least amount of work, checkout our latest generation Animated Lighting Snow Tubes.

What are these things?  Think of a bunch of 20" long plastic tubes, each packed with 64 clear LEDs, strung together sharing a power supply and hanging in a tree or from the eve of your home or business.  Each tube is independent and has enough smarts to sequence the 64 LEDs so it looks like falling snow.

A special backbone power cable is supplied that provides the unique connector to attach each of five snow tubes.  The cable is a little over eight feet long with a six inch lead-in, a snow tube connector every two feet and a short lead-out.  Ten of these backbone power cables can be connected in series and driven by one power supply so up to 50 snow tubes can be on one electrical circuit.  The power supply has a 40" lead cable to connect to the backbone power cable.

50' Animated Christmas Tree

If you want to draw attention, attract visitors and create real Christmas spirit in your community you should have the biggest, brightest and most incredible tree anywhere.  Animated Lighting has just what you need.

We have worked with our suppliers to make available to those really special venues a huge animated Christmas tree with the latest LED technology and is guaranteed to stop traffic.  It looks like a real Christmas tree during the day but at night it comes alive and dazzles the crowds with lights and music.

This is no ordinary little Christmas tree you can put just anywhere.  This custom built tree is over four stories high (50 feet) and 25 feet in diameter.  We ship it in a tractor trailer and put the staff on-site to assemble everything and do any last minute tweaking required to make it perfect for your audiences.

Sound awesome?  It is!  Checkout the video. Can't wait to find out more?  Give us a call.  We're here to make you successful.  816-941-0400.

Christmas In A Box Junior

Like everyone else, you probably have plans to hang Christmas lights this year.  But how would you like to have the light display that everyone envies?

The answer to this challenge is easier than you might think thanks to the really smart engineers at Animated Lighting.  We call it Christmas In A Box.  It's a plug-and-play light controller that enables you to turn ordinary light hangings on vertical structures such as indoor Christmas trees, outdoor evergreens, large tree trunks, or the columns of a home or building into highly entertaining light shows.  Our Christmas In A Box enables you to broadcast holiday music that is in perfect rhythm with your lighting effects.

The standard Christmas In A Box comes with 16 lighting channels but that might be too many for some.  Don't worry.  We have the Christmas In A Box Junior with only four channels.  It's perfect for the simple displays and is a great way to get started with a synchronized display at an affordable price.  Not too many.  Not too few.  Just right!  Checkout the video!

We even have a Halloween "expansion kit" for Christmas In A Box Junior.  Swap out the memory cards and now your decorations flash to appropriate (and family friendly) Halloween tunes.
